Favorite Book And Film
The boy, the mole, the fox and the horse is a children's book my mother gave me when it was released. I wasn't a child anymore when she offered it to me, but she told me she really liked the illustrations and knew I would enjoy them too; she wasn't wrong. The simplicity of the pictures makes the book very enjoyable; it feels as though we are looking through a sketchbook more than a published book. The book has wise words, and I have felt more emotions through this children's book than reading a sad, tragic adult book. It taught me a lot, and there are things and feelings I couldn't put into words that this book did. To me, it is more than just a children's book.
